Law graduate with a focus on international and EU law
A professional with significant experience in commercial law consultancy, with a focus on corporate law and extraordinary transactions in various sectors (energy, real estate, retail, large-scale retail distribution, SaaS, insurance, and armaments), as well as corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, and commercial contracts. Her professional experience in foreign and Italian law firms, combined with an in-house stint at a listed company operating in the cosmetics industry, has allowed her to acquire solid knowledge, negotiation skills, and excellent in-depth understanding and management of the relevant business aspects.
