Today Borgosesia is a Group divided into two distinct divisions whose activities are synergistic and complementary.

Borgosesia Alternative: this is the division mainly active in investments in securities which, at the same time, takes care of the financial engineering of all the operations carried out by the Group. It is also in charge of structuring club deals set up from time to time to carry out individual acquisitions, as well as the management of alternative investment funds promoted by Borgosesia Gestioni SGR S.p.A.

Borgosesia Real Estate: this is the division of the group that, using its own independent structure, takes care of the valorisation of the properties that are the object of the investments made by the Group, concurrently providing technical and commercial support to the initiatives promoted by it and open to the participation of third-party investors.

The aim is to invest in operations with a limited degree of risk in which it is possible to bring out significant portions of value at the time of closing.

In corporate crisis situations or ones which need new impetus, Borgosesia has structures, tools, and internal expertise to bring out substantial percentages of value, through investment in operations with a limited degree of risk.

Another aim of the Company is to operate in the belief that wealth can be generated for investors and the real economy even from the most difficult, apparently compromised situations.
