Biography
Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Bologna, she is the owner of the Pasquali professional firm based in Bolzano of Counsel with the NORTHSOUTH firm. He collaborates with various consultancies in the field of international legal, tax and corporate legislation. He holds positions on the boards of directors of public and private companies and local authorities and on various boards of statutory auditors. He holds the role of President of the companies: Edyna srl of the Alperia group in the energy sector, Brixsana privat clinic srl in the health sector. Vice-President of the Bolzano Savings Bank Foundation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of various companies: Botzen Invest Euregio Finance AG holding company, Diuk Institute for support of the Clergy of Bolzano, National Association of Certifiers and Auditors of Local Authorities of South Tyrol. He chairs the Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts relating to relations with public bodies and universities.
