DESCRIPTION:

The tourist village is located in Stintino, in the North-West of Sardinia, near the famous beach "La Pelosa", 600 meters from the sea. The village consists of 51 bungalow-type units for accommodation purposes as well as a restaurant and accessory spaces. The start-up of the structure is planned in two seasons for the purposes of optimizing choices and budget control. The first opening phase scheduled for June 2025 will see at least 50% of the rooms put on the market. The opportunity to expand the offer through the creation of a further 20/30 units in the "Glamping" configuration, to be built on the land opposite our property, is currently being explored. Reaching 80 rooms would improve the valorization of the asset and the attractiveness for specialized operators.
