The building, better known as the “Piccolo Vittoriale”, was built in the 1930s by architect Giancarlo Maroni, who designed Gabriele D’Annunzio’s Vittoriale degli Italiani at the same time as the Vittoriale in Gardone Riviera.

The construction of the 2 villas envisaged in the project authorised by the municipality and the Superintendency will bring the settlement back to the splendour of the times of the architect Giancarlo Maroni, who created the villa in the 1930s.
