Description
Carimate is located just 32 kilometers from Milan, less than 15 from the Swiss border and a few kilometers from Como and its lake. The project involves the construction of 70 independent villas, equipped with top-level finishes and built with 100% steel load-bearing structures.
The villas are designed to achieve great value from a technical-constructive point of view with particular attention to environmental sustainability. Among the various attractions of Carimate, its Golf Club stands out which, for over sixty years, has been considered a masterpiece of Italian design and represents an attraction of great prestige.
