The Hybrid Tower Mestre is a 19-storey building, 81 meters high, has a total gross area of ​​7,500 m2 and is the tallest tower built in the Venice lagoon. Inside there are 38 apartments, 5 floors for offices, 1 panoramic restaurant and 38 parking spaces. Also on the facade there is a monitor with an advertising destination of 300 square meters.

In addition to the tower, there is a public car park and a supermarket. Located in a point of the city that in recent years has experienced rapid evolution from an industrial area to a new business, tourist and residential hub.

The tower was inaugurated in 2018 based on a project by the ASA Studio Albanese studio, an architect known for having created important works in Italy and abroad and for collaborating with major design brands such as Driade and Rossitex. Director of Domus magazine, he has held important positions in public and private institutions such as Domus Academy and Confindustria as well as having been a lecturer in various European and American universities.
