Borgosesia S.p.A., for the dissemination of Regulated Information, has chosen to avail itself, starting from May 28th 2012, of the SDIR-NIS circuit, managed by BIT Market Services S.p.A., a London Stock Exchange Group company, based in Piazza degli Affari n. 6, Milano.
MEMBERSHIP TO THE “1INFO” CENTRALIZED STORAGE MECHANISM
For the maintenance of published regulated information, Borgosesia S.p.A. has joined the centralized storage mechanism, called "1Info" which can be consulted at "www.1info.it", managed by Computershare S.p.A. based in Milan and authorized by CONSOB with resolution no. 18852 of April 9, 2014.
