The division run by Borgosesia Real Estate, focuses its activities on the acquisition of real estate assets and specifically of buildings for residential use that are under construction and located in large urban centres and prestigious tourist resorts. Using the entrepreneurial, professional and financial skills of the management within the Group, the Company manages every phase of the process: from the ANALYSIS of the property, to the CONCLUSION of the purchase, the COMPLETION of the works up to the SALE phase.
