Description
The intervention is located in NoLo, the most heterogeneous district of Milan, located in the north east of the city between the Martesana canal and via Leoncavallo. In recent years it has undergone an important redevelopment process, becoming a central district in the urban reflection of the city of Milan.
The project includes two buildings. 37 apartments between two-room and three-room apartments for a total area of 2500 square meters. Each apartment it will be equipped with a private outdoor area, a very valuable feature for these residences. The construction of 40 cellars and 150 garages is also planned.
