Biografia
Graduated cum laude in 1997, with over 25 years of experience and solid professional and academic training as a business lawyer. She joined Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners in 2001 and became a partner in 2010, at the time the youngest female partner of the Firm. After 20 years as GOP, in August 2020 he joined Grimaldi Alliance as Equity Partner. He specializes in corporate governance, M&A, private equity, international contracts, commercial, corporate and antitrust law. Gains significant experience in transnational transactions by regularly assisting Italian and multinational companies (H&S, automotive, fashion & luxury sectors) in the negotiation of acquisitions, divestments, investment agreements and shareholder agreements, distribution and outsourcing agreements, development strategies abroad (France , Poland, China and the UAE). Since 2010 she has been dealing with gender issues and since 2016 with sustainability. He collaborated with the Presidency of the Confindustria Corporate Social Responsibility Technical Group for the definition of the Sustainability Manifesto and Guidelines, at the Sustainability Day of Borsa Italiana and with ASviS (Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development) for the Sustainable Development Festival. He held the role of Non-Executive Chairman and member of the Audit Committee of IGEA PHARMA NV, a Dutch pharmaceutical company listed on the SIX Zurich (SIX:IGPH) until February 2022.
Since July 2023 he has held the role of Chief Legal Officer at Lastminute.com Group, listed on the six of Zurich
